Missing Hardware
Received kit to make getting under the bed easier. Finally opened the kit and there is no piano hinge. If this was a part that was needed then why is it shown in the pictures and why is it not listed AS A NEEDED item!?!?

I purchased this and according to item description it was a lift kit for a king size bed (model PBLK- KING)I received the kit but it was the incorrect model this is what I received PBLK-QUEEN HVY. I WANT THE KING SIZE MODEL PLEASE ADVISE????
