It definitely helps stretch your back, briefly. The bumps that are supposed to massage or comfort you (I assume that was the intent) are pretty painful and provide nothing positive to the experience.Was very excited for this but wound up just forgetting about it and letting the kids use it as a ramp for their toy cars.

Just wanted to say that so far my experience with the back stretcher has been amazing. For my job, it requires me to move a lot all day. It feels really good to come back to this when I get home. I will say though that it is not a miracle fix, but it does help and stretch. My partner enjoys using it as well.. so that makes two happy customers!

It really works! The first time I used it and instant relief of my sciatic pain! i used it on the 2nd setting. I'm an overweight 62-year-old woman. My back adjusted in minutes and what a relief! It's inexpensive, sturdy, and easy to use! I highly recommend!

Just got this back stretcher the other day. Feels very good on my back! I had a few friends over as well and so far it’s held up.. very sturdy. There are days where I'm just working non-stop on my chair, making my back feel sore. So this device gives me good relief after a whole work day. Don’t expect it to be a miracle fix, but for me, the quick relief is worth it for the price!

A great back stretcher for fixing your posture. Looks exactly the same as advertised. Every time my back feels a little bit sore from sitting at a desk for too long, I can easily just use the back stretcher to relax and stretch it out. It was pretty easy to setup, it’s portability makes it super light, and the free guide that comes along with it is also really helpful. Would recommend to anyone having some back problems!
