Jammed within 4 days of receiving.
The lock jammed within 5 days of receiving it. Return process was hassle free but it's the first first Godrej lock that has failed on me. Seems like QC isn't good. The Godrej Sherlock series is much better in comparison, even it costs more.

Quality is good. Lock is heavy and easy to operate. Best for big door locking.

I wasn't expecting it to be so big. I needed smaller but considering that it's quite good didn't send back. Main requirement is for locking gate which is exposed to sun and rain.
