A great piece of kit
I had my previous surface pro for eight years until eventually the battery expanded and pushed the screen away. I understand that this is a common happening especially from leaving it plugged into the charger. However, the excellent service I had from my previous model encouraged me to buy this up-to-date version, but only after I have researched the market. I am very pleased with my decision but now unplug the charger when not in use!

Very disappointed
Advertised as “new” - but Inner packaging was torn and had been replaced back-to-front and screen was scratched. Not what I expect for an item costing nearly £1000 !!

Its ok.
I bought this on prime day snapping up the deal and taking advantage of amazons payment plan. I had my eye on it for a while. Great design. The power adapter has a usb slot which i havnt tried. Usb c works with my laptop doc so can hook up to a seco d screen and use my own keyboard and mouse. I knew it wouldnt be great for gaming but i hoped it would be able to run my game to an ok standard but it didnt, definitely not for large games. Had a few issues when scrolling not as fluid as it though. Do really like this product but feel it lacks in some areas (i suppose this is the trade off when you go for this design).

Do not buy from amazon, You will get more stress
Received defective product. Returning and getting a refund is a nightmare. It's been more than a month still chasing them for a refund and wasting productive hours. Also getting lots of stress. One of the worst situations faced with amazon.
