I wanna say first of all that this product is great. The style is great, the design, the color, the speakers are good for calling and are tolerable for music (unless the song has a lot of bass, then it sucks). The other thing I have against is and why I gave it 2 stars is the wire mechanism feels to rough, to stiff, the wires don't feel smooth coming out like the LG ones. So that and the lack of great quality music speakers drop it down to 2 stars, but still an ok alternative to the more expensive brand LG headphones.

This neckband Bluetooth is amazing....Great sound quality,comfort, water/sweatproof and I love the way the earbuds pull out with a button on each side to pull back in........and now it is weeks later and my right earphone does not work and would like a refund

Couldn't wait to order our headsets, so when I was able to do it, I surprised my fiancee with them. It only took us a week before one of speakers went out. Hers are completely done. She went and brought herself some plain earphones for $9.88 at Walmart. We've been so Leary of buying another set. Finally going to put the extra money out and get us some more and hope for the best.

I only had this item a few weeks and the ear bugs have broken. I am unable to return the item since the returned date ended 2 days ago. I'm really disappointed. I just wasted $ 35.00. I would not recommend purchasing this item until they make improvements to the ear bugs.

I liked the feature of the talking caller ID, which is the most important feature I look for in a headset. I have purchased three and returned two. They just stop working, first one side, then the other. I had purchased one about 6 months ago that I just started to use, it worked beautifully for a month and then suddenly stopped in both ears. I cannot return it because of the length of time I had it before using it. If they can improve the length of time it function properly, I would gladly purchase it again.

Headset worked for 2 weeks then one ear went out does not last long not durable

Please don't purchase this item. I used it for one day and the ear buds popped out and broke. The worst wireless Bluetooth headsets ever. I will go back to LG!!

Upset! I've had these headphones about 2 weeks and already they are broke. I barely used them. I wish I could leave a picture.
