This is a very nice diary , its suede on the outside and the key and lock works fine . If you’re thinking about getting it GET IT .Edit : been a month and this is my second time using and the key is stuck into the lock making this “diary” useless now .

Fancy, attractive, and lockable. My nine year old granddaughter said it met all her requirements.

Cheap lock and key.
The journal looks nice but I put the key in the lock, it got stuck. Then when I tried to turn it back, the key broke off. So now I have to cut the strap to open the journal. Defeats the entire purpose. Cheap lock and key.
