UPDATE-very satisfied with these...!
UPDATE 7/31/2015I expressed a concern in my review for how well these might be sealed from the elements. I can report that after a 10,000 mile trip to Alaska and back, these are sealed just fine! Driving rain and nearly a thousand miles on gravel roads with dust as fine as talcum powder and nary a drop of moisture or dust got in these! You can't beat the value and am raising the rating on these to 5 stars for the value.******************************************************************************************************************************************************The Amazon fitment guide says this does not fit my 1999 Super Duty. I cross referenced the part number on Amazon to the one on the Headlightsdepot site and they say it fits. Sure enough, it DOES fit.I was almost disappointed for a few reasons.First, you can definitely see the difference in the quality of manufacturing detail between the OEM and these after market lights. This made installing the passenger side turn signal/marker light into its housing unusually difficult and this is where buyer's remorse started to set in. The flange on the housing was a bit thick making it nearly impossible to push & twist the turn signal fixture into position with bare (wrestler's grip) hands. I had visions of either reinstalling the old yellow ones or returning this entire kit. I really felt I had cause to justify buying the OEM clear lens set from a mail order Ford parts house until I saw the prices--$300 just for both headlight fixtures! I decided to take a 10" crescent wrench open just enough to use its jaws to push in while turning. If that was going to work, I would keep them...and it did.Second, although this set comes with Xenon bulbs already installed in the headlight housings, the brand is not the same you get if you do a bulb upgrade on the Headlightsdepot web site. They offer the Perdes with a lifetime replacement warranty. On the Xenon topic, I was concerned that the light would be bluish. Was very happy to see the light is just very white. After they were installed, buyer's remorse started to rapidly fade. These really look good on the truck. Could hardly wait until nightfall to try them out. Then I saw the REAL results. The light they put out over the OEM 99 setup is a quantum improvement!! Now I was very happy.A few more notes. You have to use the old marker lights' housings (silicone?) gaskets for the turn signals or they will not seal. The sealing of the clear headlight lens to its reflector does not look as good as the OEM ones they are replacing. If they don't leak or get condensation in them I will be very happy. I was going to go around the area where they are joined with a bead of butyl tape for insurance, but decided not now because I didn't know if I was going to keep them. There is a youtube video does a great job of showing how to remove the old headlights. I can tell you that removing those clips is not as easy as it looks. I recommend that an awl or pick with a screwdriver-type handle be used because you are likely going to have to do some twisting while simultaneously pulling. I used a Harbor Freight pick with a pair of Visegrips to get the necessary grip and support for the pick. That's not a complaint. The fender side tabs of the clips are the hardest to extract because the top of the fender makes it a little tight to get in there. Care must be taken to avoid chipping the fender paint. On all the clips, I had to insert a skinny nail to prevent the popped out tab from re-seating while pulling the tab on the other side. Using the nail is when things moved very quickly to get them out. These clips are not only held in by the spring force of the tabs you are releasing, but also by a very tiny raised plastic ridge above the clip that prevents the clip from being pulled straight up once the tabs are released. That's why the video shows having to pry toward the front of the truck while pulling up at the same time. As I pulled the last clip free, it popped into the air and disappeared into the void between the alternator and battery box. That made me want to spit. I never found it. For now, I twist wired all 4 mounting points with high tensile strength wire (for an electric fence) to prevent vibration. Will also be much easier to remove if the lens-to-reflector joints needs to be sealed better. The clip gremlin gobbled up ANOTHER clip while I was installing the driver's side. I think the cuff of my shirt picked it up, but don't ask me how it flipped that clip into the same void as the previous one! Replacement clips cost at least $8 each at the dealer. If I didn't want to use the wire, I would seek another method of fastening, perhaps a tight fitting E-clip from the local hardware store. The wire works pretty good, though.Once the 4 clips are removed, a 14mm socket will be a big help to depress the locking tabs on the lower plastic snap nut. It's important to press the socket as far as you can from the rear while pushing the headlight in toward the socket from the front. Pushing both ways first ensures the tabs get depressed enough to release. Then while still pushing the socket, pull on that corner of the headlight. It takes some jiggling, but it works. Breaking these snap nuts off is not necessary as others report doing.I used a telescoping magnet to hold along side the screwdriver for the Philips screws to remove/reinstall the marker/turn signal housings. All the bulbs in the headlights, marker and turn signal position for mine were the originals from 1999. Replaced the clear turn signal bulb with a 3157NA/4157NA LL (natural amber, long life) and the side marker with a 194LL.Be very careful removing any of the light bulb holders. The locking tabs can be very brittle after many years and break very easily. Lift the locking tabs only high enough to clear the locking position. Lifting any higher will likely cause them to break.Considering the factory setup would cost a few hundred $$ more, am going to start with 4 stars for the results achieved for <$100. I would raise the score if there are no leaks, premature hazing/Xenon bulb failure and reduce to 3 stars or less if there is. Should know about leaking/condensation soon.

Fit my 99 F250 7.3 Diesel SD perfectly.
These were pretty easy to install. I watched a couple videos to get the lay of the land on plug locations, disconnecting, etc., so I was familiar with all that before I started. You don't have to remove anything out of the way like some videos show. One guy removed his battery and that isn't necessary. The hardest part is removing the little clips. I recommend you get a nice pick set and use a 90 deg pick to get them. I have a little cheap set that bent under the pressure and that was difficult, but other than that, easy peasy. Took me probably an hour to do both sides. I haven't had to adjust the beams as of yet, seems they were pretty spot on. I used the bulbs that came with it, but may switch to LEDs at some point. The bulbs seem to be good quality and a whiter light.

Beautiful product & price
Very nice headlights. It fit my 2000 Ford F-250 diesel crew cab perfectly without modification - and it came with bulbs! I wish I had know that ahead of time before I bought the expensive Sylvania bulbs. This has a beautiful clear lens. I suggest you go to a Ford dealer and buy some new headlight clips. I broke one of mine getting it off. All aftermarket clips I've found are cheap thin metal, not galvanized spring steel like the original ones.

Replacement headlights
I needed to replace my original Ford headlights due to the lenses turning milky. These seem to be pretty nice. They look good and fit well. They throw the light much farther ahead than the stock headlights did. I did have a bit of a problem with the side marker lamp cutouts. The holes for the sockets were not cut even close to the socket shape. I had to cut the holes manually, but they work OK now. The hole is not in the best place either. The hot side marker lamp appears to be in contact with the yellow plastic lens and may cause melting over time. Time will tell. Overall, It is a big improvement over the stock parts. Made in Taiwan.

These headlights gave our Super duty a much needed facelift!
These Super Duty/Excursion Euro Xenon Headlights fit very nicely in our 2001 Super Duty. It was an easy install and boy did they make a difference. I cannot belive how good they made the front of our truck look! To think we waited so long to replace the yellowing, original headlights for such a small price, is quite silly. These are bright, crystal clear and sure make a difference at night!

Just OK
Looks good on my F250 but the first unit shipped had a crack during install and the replacement one is filled with moisture.
