I was looking for a "go-to" jacket. I knew whatever I found had to have a hood and some pockets, as well be something I could go hiking and camping in. I found this, and what I saw looked perfect for the job.I tested it out by going for a 2.3-3 mile walk at night in about 40 degrees. I wore long sleeve t-shirt underneath with a short sleeve t-shirt underneath that. I don't think I've ever gotten that hot before during a night time walk in autumn. I actually had to unzip the arm pit vents it has, which were something I never though I'd need. It seems rather durable too. I expect this to last for some time.I'm 5'8 185lbs. I got a medium, I think a small might've been a better fit. But it's not much bigger. When you go to check the sizes look at the picture on the left side of screen, not the link to the size chart next to the drop down menu. That's the mistake I made, the drop down menu has the default sizes according to amazon those sizes do not reflect this hoodie. I thought I might address this because I saw a few people recommending buying a size larger but I do not think that is necessary. The sizes are generous enough to accommodate the average person.UPDATE: I've had this for 2 years now. It's held up very well. I don't wear it everyday just on days I'll need something with a little extra room or added utility. Would buy again.

Really like this jacket. Appears to be quality construction. YKK zippers . Comfortable to wear. Would probably be very warm with a fleece layer added. Temperature wise for me 40°-50° without much activity is comfortable.. I'm 6'1 220 average-athletic build XL fit great.

These jackets tend to fit a bit small, so make sure you buy accordingly. The sizing chart was definitely off.The price of this jacket compared to the similar one by Triple Aught Design is awesome. That being said it is a knockoff product so you get what you pay for. It's not a bad knockoff though. It's looks great and it's definitely warm enough. The only real material defect I have seen is that there are LOTS of "Irish Pennants" all over this thing. Nothing a lighter can't fix though. Although the zippers aren't YKK they seem durable. Pockets are HUGE! I can conceal a G19 in the chest pockets with ease.

Having purchased 3 of CO's Alpha fleece jacket, the fit is constant with those. This winter I wore this over an Alpha fleece and a good base layer top and bottom in some pretty miserable weather and found it quite comfortable. I'm in and out of a vehicle all day and hate bulky jackets, especially when driving. Like all of the Condor Outdoor clothing I've seen, the design, materials and construction are top notch - especially compared with some of the 'Gee, look at my logo' brands...

My husband is 6 ft and 245 lbs. His arms are longer then your average 6 ft man. I got him a 2x and he's normally an xl minus the whole arms never fitting in anything and it was snug for him to zipper. Gave it to his friend who is 5'10 5'11 about 200 lbs and fits him perfectly

If you normally wear a Medium with other fleece jackets(I.e. North Face) this jacket fits the exact same. If you want to put a bulky sweatshirt, then it will be a little snug. Something to remember, you are not suppose to wear a bulky sweatshirt...you need to layer using a thin wool shirt, thin wool vest, etc. Then add a waterproof shell over this fleece hoodie. If you follow this, it fits exactly as to be expected.These pockets are perfectly laid out. Great key rings in 4 pockets. 3 pockets with headphone holes. The lower lumbar pocket is great and comes down lower than the front in order to keep the wind from hitting you when bending down. Great concept and price.

Very comfortable jacket. It's not Tan as the product page suggests. Its more Coyote Brown if anything. This jacket just has features that normally wouldn't come into mind by people. But after using it for almost a month now. Its a wonder how I've gone so long without them. You have pockets for years, and they do a good job. The material is super soft and lightweight, it does a great job at keeping you warm.

When packaged arrive was really excited since liked the looks and features of jacket. But after trying on should’ve went with the XXL. Jacket looked great and appeared well made.Looked at others comments and I can wear an XL or XXL depending on who makes it. This jacket appears to be very form fitting if that’s your thing great I like my jackets with a little more room.Ordered another same day in an XXl, originally bought the grey but didn’t have in XXL so ordered the black.
