Not as pictured
They do not “shimmer” like they do in the pictures. It’s very clear they are just plastic with black background and gold circles. Still worked as needed and will likely use them again.

I was excited because I'm throwing a disco party, now have to return and start over because all 3 are ONLY 23 inches wide...what a waste!!
