Excellent performer!
We installed this on the roof of our RV and the performance is excellent. We prefer to camp in state parks and other places where we're not necessarily close to a major town. Often these are places on the EDGE of cellular connectivity. At a couple of our favorite campgrounds, we can get a weak signal outside the camper, but none inside. A campers metal and wood walls along with miles of poorly shielded thin high and low voltage wiring makes it a terrible place for radio signals of any kind, including cellular signals. Getting an antenna outside of the RV is key. After a recent trip where we had enough signal to stream at the picnic table, but not enough to even send a text message inside the RV; we decided to invest. We signed up for T-Mobile home internet (note: They technically don't permit RV use), modified the gateway with U.Fl to SMA adapters, and installed this on the roof of our RV.On our RV, it was 'pre-wired' for a WiFi booster the manufacturer sells for some insane amount of money. What we did was drill a hole right where that booster was supposed to be installed, which allowed us to drop the included wires through through where the wires for the 'booster' would've gone. We removed the 'pre-wired' wires and ran these to our gateway inside a cabinet.Performance is EXCELLENT. In places where I can't even send a text from my phone, I get 100mbps speeds on the home internet. But what ultimately shows the performance of this antenna is upload speeds. I've seen 100mbps+ upload in areas with good signal. 10+ in areas with very weak signal! This is unheard of performance from internal antennas and it demonstrates that this antenna really does have excellent gain. It's much harder to get a cell tower to 'hear' you than it is to hear the cell tower. Often times "no signal" doesn't mean your phone or device can't get a signal from the tower. It's actually that the tower can't get a signal from you. And since it's a two-way system, you're not connected! So it's expensive, but installation is easy, it seems well built, I'm not concerned about it being out in the elements. I also like that it's flat and low profile so no concerns about tree branches, 65mph winds when driving down the highway, or anything like that. We chose the white color so that it would absorb less heat on the rooftop.

Good quality antenna.
I have this installed on my RV and it has been working very well. I didn't want to take my chances with a cheap no-name model. The mounting is pretty secure, and the cables/connectors are a nice quality.
