Tate & LyleFairtrade Caster Sugar (500g) - Pack of 2

I needed caster sugar for some baking recipes so I ordered this and it's perfect.

This sugar, something I could not buy locally, worked as I needed in a recipe for a church social. If you wed it for a recipe, you can count on it.

Makes fine desserts

I needed this for a very special anniversary cake for my son and waited for it to come in, just to find it had a hole in it and the picture is what I could save out of both exterior the packages it was in. Waste of time and money to buy it this way because so much was outside the package it should of been in.

Paper packaging, then shrink-wrapped, then put in plastic mailer. Still leaked sugar into the mailer. I like the C&H carton packaging better.

Bag was opened and has do be discarded making this a waste of money since it cant be returned

Wouldn't melt...not even over high heat for my swiss meringue buttercream. Still gritty! And that's after having it over a double broiler for a decent amount of time.

This is a great product for baking pastries that need a finer sugar. It’s a great product and the taste is amazing. I will definitely purchase it again.

Sweetly packaged, perfect for baking.

Seemed like a good value item as a double pack but it arrived late and although the seller protected both bags separately in bubble wrap inside of the box,one of the bags of sugar was solid and seems to have got damp and as they were protected by the bubble wrap I think it was probably like this before it was sent which is a shame especially when it is yellow so I don't exactly fancy using this even if it dries out and bearing in mind that the lump is half the size of a carte d'Or ice-cream tub,that's a big waste of sugar!!!!! Shame because I don't fancy reordering.

Package was burst open and sugar was all over packing I put the sugar in my bin

one bag was burst open, also you can buy these in a local store for a £1 a bag, isnt the same sugar as the picture shows
