I love a good silent clock, and the fact that you could get any design on it makes this even better! Now I finally was able to get the laughing King Dedede clock I'd always dreamed of, and it looks great! I only have two gripes; I had placed the order for the clock to come without numbers (I mean, do you really need them as long as you can tell time by position?), and it came with them anyway. Not necessarily enough to cover too much of the design, but not what I ordered. Second, these clocks use Carbon Zinc batteries to run, and I discovered they're not the kind of thing you can just find at your local store, I ended up having to order them. It's a minor complaint, but don't make the mistake of accidentally putting alkaline or anything else in for risk of damaging the power.

This is a fantastic, customized product. My customization details were followed perfectly. The seller notified me immediately of a slight shipping delay and checked to make sure I did receive the package. The quality is top notch. This was gifted to my Mom for Mother's Day. I had a picture she loves of my daughter used as the background and added a saying about granddaughters. If I hadn't added the grandchild saying, I might have ended up keeping it myself. It was packaged carefully for protection and arrived in perfect condition. It is the most carefully packaged item I've ever received. I love this clock because it has a cover over the dial and face to keep out dust. This was a wonderful gift and the recipient was thrilled.

I let the return time on this sneak by me. I ordered two clocks and one of them will not work. I've checked the batteries, but it seems that the clock hands do not move. And the hour hand is loose and falls. The other one is working great and we love it!

Great product! Easy to design online. I wanted clocks for my library that had our logo on it. I designed online and clocks did take a little while since coming from China, but they are beautiful! One did not keep proper time as the minute and second hand overlapped at a point, but the company was very responsive and shipped me another to replace it. Wonderful, responsive customer service as well as a great looking product!

The clock works very well. I've only had it for 3 days so far but it seems to keep perfect time. The picture l chose for the face is exactly as clear and focused as I sent it. It's going to make a great addition to my rec room wall.
