nuLOOM Vania Chevron Jute Area Rug, 5x8, Off-White

Just received my rug and it’s gorgeous. Of course it’s not going to be perfect as it’s a woven rug but it’s soft and thicker than I thought it was going to be. Comfortable to walk on or sit on. Actually softer than I thought as well. The sides they made much thicker which is nice for wear and tear; but it needs to be taped down as you will trip on it. Couldn’t be more pleased with the look & quality for the price we spent on this rug. Love it!

All Three carpets I got like this for my kitchen (5x8, 2’6”x6’, 2’6”x8’) are dirty and falling apart. Even after vacuuming they leave dust, dirt, and fibers all over. It’s like a never ending battle! I can not walk onto these carpets without being covered in white fibers. It’s disgusting. The sad part is that they are beautiful rugs and match perfectly for what I wanted. I tried hard to “put up with it” but I can’t take it anymore. Will be returning. Not worth it!

This rug is high quality and very soft. It's very thick and has an attractive pattern. It did smell like grass for a few days, but after it aired out, it was fine. I haven't had any problems with shedding at this point. My one complaint would be that the edges of the rug are more bulbous due to the way the fabric/weave had to be secured back on itself. Not sure that's preventable, so I didn't dock a star for it.We use it in our master, and it feels good on bare feet.

Very nice thick and well made rug. However from the pic, its depicted as a lighter color. We all know things are a bit off online sometimes, buy we have the exact furniture in the background too... yeah this doesn't match it at all. We checked serial numbers and it's supposed to be the same. Anyway, we decided to keep it and redo the dining room which already has a dark wood table that matches better. It is truly a classic thick jute. Several places are shedding and coming undone. We will prob add a clear protector to prevent damage from moving chairs.It's def an accent rug and not really best suited for frequent chair use. But we're going to try it anyway.

It is cute and soft. Much thicker than I expected. Upon taking it out of the plastic packaging it had a musty smell and felt damp. There were already areas at the ends that were beginning to unravel before we even had it completely unrolled onto the floor. Unfortunately it will be going back.

TONS of dust and dirt come out of this rug. I could not believe it. All of the others stating they have the dust and dirt are CORRECT. It's gross. I moved my rug to a sun porch because I don't believe it is made for inside your home. I would not buy this again because of that. It also sheds tons of fibers. I will say on a positive it looks very nice...just a mess of a rug. Who wants a rug they have to clean up after!

It’s very rustic and loosely woven. It’s perfect for what I want it for, but it wasn’t what I expected.

Love walking on this rug! Very thick & soft, so feels like a more expensive rug. Thickness could present a trip hazard. Allows dirt to easily filter through and I'm finding I need to pick up the rug often to vacuum underneath it; so will be moving it to an upstairs hallway instead. Would not want it in a dining area because it would be difficult to move your chair in and out. Might buy a larger size for a bedroom though...

Me mandaron un tapete más oscuro al que figuraba en la imagen. Además trae un olor espantoso, y larga un polvillo muy finito. Por más que la dejé al sol para que se ventile y la sacudí varias veces, sigue el problema. El tapete es súper grueso y está deforme, más ancho de un lado que del otro y eso se percibe a la vista. Además está mal cortado y mal cosido

This rug is beautiful! I'm thrilled with my purchase, and was really pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's in my sunroom, so I wanted something that would potentially hold up to humidity and be almost an indoor/outdoor rug without looking like one. My one comment, (and it's not a bad thing) it's really thick and squishy, if a piece of furniture doesn't sit on it completely I have to prop up the other side.

This carpet is not worth the money. Due to it being jute it sheds dirt & fibres. Always a mess on the floor. Sending it back

It’s a very nice, light, summery carpet and looks great in the room!

Love it! Not terrible to clean, my daughter spilled chocolate milk on it twice and it came out! But she smashed goldfish crackers into it and it was a pain to clean because of the braids, the vacuum doesn’t always get into the braids.
