I like this product very much but then I couldn't get the pump to work. When I opened it--I saw that the end of the pump was broken off or missing. The only way I can now use the product is by pouring a bit into my hand and that is not an economical way to use this expensive product. By the time I realized the problem the return window was passed. Product is a 5 but packaging failed.
