It works perfectly for my DIY Strat Style guitar! You don't have to remove it to change strings. New strings install easily through the holes provided in this plate!

It was a bit short and the screw holes didn’t quite line up.

The plate fits a standard Strat. Quality of the plastic materiel was fine, but the plate does not come with mounting screws. FYI.
