Excellent customer service!
Before I write my review I just want to mention that this is my second Aolemi outdoor shower fixture. Unfortunately, the fixture was not purged before winter set in and the base of the fixture burst and was no longer useable. So, I ordered another one with great results until the leak occured. I notified Aolemi customer support to ask a question on fixing this leak. I received a quick response with a detailed diagram on best way to fix the leak (included were parts to fix the leak). After several attempts that did not work they were very apologetic and stated that they wil just send out a new unit. I received this unit and will set it up soon. I have not doubt it will work just fine. I am so happy with the product and their customer service. They went the extra mile to help me out.

It fell appart
The product was overall poor quality. The shower head leaked and after couple of weeks one the water could not be turned off.It looked good while it lasted...
