Protects arms during workouts
I bought a set of adjustable kettlebells to work out while I travel. Unfortunately, the edges of the weight plates tend to dig into my forearms during shoulder presses and bicep curls. These sleeves have been a simple way to protect my arms during several reps. I have muscular arms but they have not felt too tight. After an hour long workout, there are lines on my arms from the sleeves but no pain. I bought these about 4 months ago and they have withstood frequent washing. I like having two pairs that I can alternate between washings or if one pair gets too sweaty.

Comfortable
These are great for professional kitchen work. Wither working on a grill, or baking it protects the arms from burns. I bought 1 pair and then another because of their texture and quality.

Works
After a sheet metal accident I knew it was time to step up my safety and purchased these for me and a co-worker. Very comfortable to wear all day and definitely protect me against sheet metal accidents. My forearms are bigger than the average females forearms but super comfortable and collect sweat nicely on a hot day.
