Lily's KitchenSmooth Paté with Chicken & Cod for Kittens - Complete Wet Kitten Food 19 x 85g

I have no idea why i have one tin of this, must have been to try as been buying lillys kitchen for months, cat loves and loves the lttle broth tins they make too with meat through them like the purina ones. Purina is made by nestle so i stay away from it as i know what they already put in thing humans consume never mind pets, whiskas is like fast food of cat food shiba or felix kitten just didnt like, tried german macs super food. nope. Wild freedom was the only ok other kitten one but this tops them all and I would much rather have been giving money to them thbe last few months than anyone else. yrah chicken and cod its normallu blue or orange normal chicken or chicken salmon and cod with blue in mixed kitten pack

My kitten absolutely loves this food! When we got her we were told she was having just 45g of ADULT cat food a day (!!) so I quickly changed her to this and she has had no issues. She will tell me when it’s time for her to eat! (I feed her half a tin 4 times a day) and she is putting on the pounds nicely.I think for the price, you certainly get what you are paying for. I would much prefer to pay a bit more to ensure kitten is getting all the nutrients she needs. I have now put in a subscription for it.I’m yet to find bones in the food but I do squish the pate so I can make sure there’s none when she starts eating.The smell is not great - as someone who doesn’t consume meat that’s probably why it smells so bad! My partner has no issue with it though so even the scent is bearable.I have no complaints so far. 10/10.

My kitten Sage was having stomach problems and had to be put on a specialist pate food for a week by the vet which settled her tummy. As she is sensitive to what she can eat I tried this pate and I must say for a good few weeks it was all she ate and she absolutely loved it. The texture is very much pate and I haven't experienced any hard bits or chunks, other than some jelly type of substance around the edges inside which I can only presume is normal. I personally used a fork to break the pate up once transferred to a bowl and it does so very smoothly.It doesn't have that strong cat food smell that some has, I wouldn't say it was a great smell but definitely more subtle than most cat foods. The cartons they come in, individually packed in a lily's box, are small but very well made and high quality. Easy to open.The only reason I vote 4* is that I noticed the past 2 orders smell a little different to the first order of this product that I made and also had more of the jelly substance. The dates on the boxes were new each time so they were definitely fresh, potentially the product itself changed but this isn't something I can confirm only speculate.My kitten stopped eating this after about 4 weeks and wouldn't touch it. This could be due to her sassy attitude or potentially the product itself changing (again I can only speculate) and she now eats dry food happily.In conclusion; if you are looking for a pure pate food to try I would recommend trying this, especially if your kitten has a sensitive tummy.

Nothing wrong with the cat food, I think it’s my cats that prefer fish

I’ve been feeding my kitten this food for nearly a year and have a subscription for it, normally he loves it but then the latest pack arrived and it seems they have changed the formula (and packaging) entirely and he will no longer will eat it at all. The biscuits are much darker brown, appear harder and slightly bigger/more round in shape. He sniffed it once and won’t eat so I now have 4 bags costing me £45 of cat food going to waste. Not sure what has changed in the formula but my cat hates it.I’ve ordered the wet food recently too and he still eats that but the texture has also seemed to change so I think Lily’s kitchen must have changed the formula on all products? It would be helpful to know!Also not great as I can’t return this box (ineligible for food). A heads up would have been nice.

What a waste of money. My kittens love nature’s menu kitten pate and have gone mad sniffing when I’ve given my older cat Lily’s kitchen pate BUT I presented this too then and scrapped their paws next to the bowl ! (That means take it away I don’t like it 🐾🐾. ) and ran off not touching it. They would prefer a bowl of whiskers kitten.

Original review below, I have to edit this in here as Amazon won't allow me to have 2 reviews despite the Fabulous Fish adult(which he loves) food being very different than the kitten food I had originally reviewed. I decided to add 2 recent photos of Sepi now he's just over 1 year old. Extra Insert at bottom of review alsoHelped turn that under weight frizzy thing into a handsome kitten within 2 weeks, of course the brush, vets and love helped too ;-)The biscuits are small so when he was swallowing them without chewing they didn't choke him, they have high meat content and the remaining isn't useless cereals and as they are a complete food you know that your little fur friend is getting what he or she needs to grow properly. They smell as you'd expect lol, but he likes the smell and they are nowhere near as weird smelling as cheaper brands from the usual suspects which I used when I had to wean him onto better quality stuff.HappyFabulous fish is enjoyed by Sepi, I had originally moved away from Lily's Kitchen when Sepi was a still a kitten as its quite expensive, but decided to try this adult food for him. We've had mixed results trying other brands, some are great some are awful but with both dog and cat food Lily's has been top quality and you pay for what you get.

Lo escogí porque tiene buenos ingredientes, naturales. Contiene taurina y no tiene aditivos artificiales. A mi gatito le gusta muchísimo. Come una latita por las mañanas😸

Il mio gatto lo mangia e la composizione sembra molto buona. Alcuni lamentano la presenza di pezzi che sembrerebbero schegge di ossa. Anche io ne ho trovati, ma frabili e non duri. Forse sono pezzi di ossa o lische trattate per essere non pericolose per i pelosetti

Contrairement à pas mal de commentaires mon chaton mange cette pâtée sans problèmes, de plus la compo est nickel donc rien à redire pour moi.

Prese ad un ottimo prezzo per la mia scottish di due mesi e mezzo, sono state subito apprezzate e il cambio da royal canin non ha dato nessun problema, inoltre è sparita la lacrimazione agli occhi.Le consiglio assolutamente.
