Nurse's Pocket Guide: Diagnoses, Prioritized Interventions, and Rationales (Nurses Pocket Guides)

I did use this book often. Had a lot of easy to understand interventions and rationales. Parts of it not covered as well as they needed to be though for diagnoses, other diagnoses were done very well. Depended on the category being covered. Its a handy size book to have and in general a good assistant to writing those basic care plans.

I used this more than my recommended book for all of my Nursing classes. I liked the rationales better and it makes everything easy for your patient diagnoses and interventions. Great to have for Nursing classes.

This is not a book that I use as often as I thought I would. It is good to use as a reference and when writing care plans.

I love that any book I have ordered is alway as described. I only order what has a description and so far any book I have ordered and received is as decribed, I love that. This has given me a level of comfort when I order. I bought this book approximately six months ago.

The book is okay. It's in good condition when I received it. It arrived on time but I hope it has more diseases & disorder & rationale

emparically much better then other pocket guides for NSG diagnosis .

Glad I choose to purchase this book... it is very handy when on the floor in the hospital, highly recommend this book for those always on the good and need to quickly refer to something.

I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought this to help with my adult nursing course in the UK. Not sure I'm going to find it very helpful. Glad I didn't spend more on a more recent edition.
