Miss Congeniality / Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (Comedy Double Feature) [Blu-ray]

Love Sandra Bullock's sense of humor and the great one-liner (one of my all time favorites) from the first of these 2 movies where Sandra Bullock's character is in a bar and orders a pint. He says "You sure you want a whole one?" And she says "Oh yeah. Hit me big time!" The bartender slides her a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream to her with a spoon and she says that she's gonna get "chip-faced!" Excellent movies! Great purchase!

Funny in many ways.. everything that Sandra Bullock became shows up in this original movie.. in a very good way. Great comedic timing as demanded by the nature of this movie, but also the rare ability to elicit an emotional response from the viewer with such ease, whatever emotion is required. Both movies have their faults... none of which matter a jot... these are great fun and. one of the few movies I can watch with my family without cringing! Thanks Sandra!

I wrote a negative review recently concerning this purchase because "Miss Congeniality" malfunctioned and I was unable to view the DVD. It is important to know that Jeff from Mayon Collectibles addressed this issue in a very timely fashion and gave me a full refund without having to return either of the DVDs, and "Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous" ran perfectly. I would never hesitate to order from him again. The DVDs were brand new, so the problem was not at all his fault. Such professionalism is not often seen these days. I will order again without hesitation from Mayon Collectibles.

This is a funny spoof of the pageant world, with enough honesty to admit these girls work hard for their awards, and most of them are really nice girls. Our undercover cop is a total dropout from Uncouthsville, hilarious and accident prone - but touched by the kindness of the competing girls. Taking place in San Antonio, Texas, the pageant people barely tolerate this NYPD unladylike cop who needs a whole team working on her all night to make her look presentable. Her extreme competitiveness is undermined by her compassion and lack of discipline on the police force. Initially unwilling to be the undercover agent, her desire to save these girls lives overcomes all hardships and her cleverness helps her crack the code to find the maniac out to kill them. This is not a GREAT movie, but it is a lot of fun to watch and has some quotable lines: "You want to kiss me..." "World Peace" This is a really purple Russian!"

E bello ma non avevo letto bene che MISS F.B.I. era tra francese e inglese io per quanto lo volevo ho letto solo il primo DVD che parle in Italiano ma il secondo non c'è il lingua Italiana così lo riacquisto il Italiano mi è arrivato il 16 gennaio no consegnato ma appoggiato lì pertera sula strada che me lo potevano rompere ho rubare devo ho il citofono non ho la visuale e neanche ha citofonato sono stata io ad uscire di casa perché leggo quando devono arrivare se è vero sto sempre a casa fascio la casalinga no perché mi piace ma sono obbligata dice speso mia figlia essendo madre non ho trovato lavoro

Es una edición sencilla sin nada de extras con audios en Inglés (DTS HD MA) , Francés Europeo 5.1 y Español Latino 2.0 en ambas películas.

Came promptly, good condition, bought it for the first movie, and got the second as bonus. I love Sandra bullock, I've been looking for this movie in the stores, finally got my copy. For the movie itself, I'd give 8/10 for the first, and 7/10 for second.
