I understand this is probably a weird thing to complain about because you’d think, the brighter-the better, right? Well, I purchased this is spice up my Twitch stream background. I’m using an ElGato Facecam - when I hung this up and turned it on, it was too bright for my camera to capture. All my camera sees is a very bright solid oval - you can even see the text. It would be nice if it had different brightness levels but given that it only comes in one setting, I’m stuck with a bright oval in my background. I tried to lower my camera’s brightness settings and it becomes more noticeable, but then everything else (including me on camera) gets very dark and doesn’t look right. If anyone knows of a specific setting that will help background lights become more noticeable, please let me know!

I bought this for my son in August and just got around to hanging it today. I plugged it in and it illuminated for 2 seconds and went out. The wires going into the sign arrives stripped and poorly soldered into place. What a waste and now being out in the trash. This this was put together really bad.

It works. It was packaged well. I bought it for my son’s room and he loves it.

This sign is very bright and looks like real neon. The cord is a good length too. So it reaches pretty far.

Please read dimensions as it’s not large. The light is bright and easy to turn on/off
