Ordered for my beloved father who loved hunting and the outdoors. Item arrived as described, on time, and with the personalization correct. The wood is of good quality and the image, while printed, is beautiful. I only wish the personalization was engraved instead of printed but I'm sure this would have taken a longer time and been more expensive.So, as far as making a purchase no one really wants to make, my family and I were happy with the product.Being sent an email asking if my expectations were met for my purchase of a funeral urn about two months after having to need a funeral urn is a bit awkward. Hey your dad's dead! Hope his death box fit your expectations! Have a great day!So, while I understand why your business needs positive reviews, maybe turn off the robot who generates the generic emails asking for them.

This was perfect and more beautiful than advertised. My husband was an avid hunter and would love this urn. So greatful to have it. It is also big enough that once I pass I can be cremated and put in the same urn with the love of my life. I absolutely love this!

My pap passed away in September, we ordered this urn hoping for the best because he loved the outdoors and hunting. the urn came beautifully! we absolutely loved it and it was very well made. No mess-ups on the customization either.

When customizing the urn with writing, the page keep glitching and did not save properly. Once we received urn, spelling was incorrect and customer service would not work with us on getting it fixed.

Got two of these to put my dads ashes in.They are as pictured and nice quality. My only minus is lining the bottom back up after putting ashes in.Should have little pieces on the inside off bottom piece so it perfectly aligns the screw holes.

Not what I expected. Cheap and carelessly crafted.
