Worst Customer Service and Product is Defective
I returned this product as it turns on and vibrate although you did not click the ON button. I request for refund back to my gift card balance but the process it back to my original payment method which is taking ages to process. I asked for help with Amazon agent but she was threatening me and unfortunately I did not get her name. Such a bad experience with their customer service, so please beware

My experience
So I’ve been using it since begging of January, personally I don’t see the difference in the sculpting of the face , but lately I had many friends that haven’t seen me in a while and uthey all said that my face does look thinner , so I’m guessing it works 😅 it is tho super relaxing and give your face a nice sensation after using it. I do recommend it
