Easier than expected.
The hardest part was cutting the whole in the door. Once i got familiar with a jigsaw the rest was cake. It looks clean and perfect.

Decent vent. Need to create opening exactly, and find correct length screws
NOT a heavy duty design, but adequate for the indoor location I had. Because the mounting holes need to line up, you need to be pretty good about having the inner and outer holes line up too. Mounting screws need to be the right length, but luckily I have a screw assortment that allowed me to match up well

No hardware
Providing hardware with this type of product is standard operating procedure. There is nothing in the description to mention that no hardware is included. Such a deviation from industry standards makes me quite leary on the quality of materials. No help for it, my client won't wait for me to order a replacement.

Made of cheap plastic must be gentle with the screws .... not worth the price.

Very little airflow, no screws
It fits together nicely once you cut the door, but it DOES NOT come with screws to secure it, and the finished product doesn't do much of anything for airflow.

Great for Bathroom Doors
I Install these in tenants' bathroom doors. The air flow created reduces the incidence of mold in the tub area and on the bathroom ceiling. They are best installed when the unit is vacant.

Vent system - everything is made so cheaply today - maybe $0.25 in material.
It's a pretty flimsy product but I guess it will do the job. I haven't installed it yet but I plan to - maybe today.
