Easy Sushi Hardcover – August 24, 2000

This is a great book for those new to making sushi, or someone looking to try a few new things. I enjoy making a variety of sushi and found the book to have some helpful tips and resources for where to buy supplies.

great book. fun ingredients any child or novice would not hesitate to eat. The cover arrived damaged which was a little sad but the book is otherwise in good condition.

I love this book! It was very easy to read and very informative. If you are looking for a book to guide you, as a beginner, to make sushi this is your book!

Well - EASY isnt exactly the word I would use to describe the recipes in this book. I got this as a gift for my sister who recently starting attemping her own sushi rolls. I was expecting the most basic recipes, instead these called for caviar, squid, and all kinds of other unusual foods that are nearly impossible to find unless you live near a fish market. There were a few good recipes and some of them she may be able to substitute a more common fish for something more exotic, but all in all, if I had to do it over again - I would get a different book.

this is a very good instructional book on classic forms of sushi

My husband and I love sushi. We go every chance we can. I bought this for his birthday. The book wasn't what I expected or what my husband expected. I will have to get another book for him to try more recipes at home.

really fun little book, gave me lots of ideas on sushi making. Takes the indtimidation out of sushi making, showing that it is really fun and easy to make. Not to mention delicious!
