Very happy customer
I bought this as a gift for my 11 year old son and it’s perfect, it’s a perfect size (being the 2s model) and it does everything he wants in a watch, we also bought the solar model for longer battery life, he’s had it nearly a month and only had to charge it once, so definitely worth the extra £ in my opinion. Very happy customer

Overall pleased with purchase but a few disappointing niggles
Having used a very inexpensive smart watch to see if I would make use of one, and found it useful. I treated myself to a more expensive one that I could use when swimming and one that would map my walking routes. The watch was easy to set up and the related app straight forward to download and use.I will mainly use it to record, Pool and open water swimming, Treadmill, walking and kayaking.Pros / improvements from my cheap and cheerful:It is designed to use when swimming and will log both open water and pool swimmingIt distinguishes between Treadmill and normal running/ walking.Easy to save my favourite activities from the large list of options available, so they are easy to access when neededStarting, stopping and pausing an activity is quite straight forward.Notifications are relatively easy to read and scroll throughBattery life is reasonableNow to the ConsBecause I have chosen the smaller faced option as I wear it 24/7 they have used a very short watch strap, it just fits, but if I gained any weight I would have to buy another strap. It is not only children that want a smaller watch face adults with adult sized wrists like a smaller face too!!It would be really nice if we could customise the settings and layout from the app more as it is quite fiddly to reorder lists etc on the watch itself.Garmin Pay does not work with either of my cards, says cards not set up for contactless, even though they are! and they work from my phone This is extremely annoyingThe recorded moving / active time and distance covered for both Treadmill and pool swimming are extremely inaccurate

Dreadful
The opposite of intuitive, makes no sense, looks like a cheap child’s watch. Very disappointed.

The functions are very useful
The watch works really well, and has a lot of features that I’m still finding. The only reason I’ve removed a star is the brightness of the display. I read other reviews mentioning this, and thought I could live with it ( and I can) , but it really isn’t readable in low light, even with the backlight. I can always read it by moving to a brighter area or using my phone torch, so it’s not anything that would change my decision to buy this watch. It is enough to be an annoyance.

Very short strap
This watch is designed to be small to accommodate small wrists but the strap is very short and it's possible that it will not fit you regardless to what the specs say. Try to buy a replacement longer strap is almost impossible unless you want to pay Garmin prices (£40 +) mine is 155mm and I have to have it on the 3rd last hole with nothing to tuck in. The watch itself has lots of features sometimes too many

Not in good condition for a £300 new watch.
Very bad looking item, looked used, very dirty.

Great product, not for large wrists
It's good. I won't go into the details as other buyers already have. My main issue is that the strap that comes with it is not meant for larger wrists. If your wrists are over 20cm in circumference, you will need a new strap.
