Our 4 year old was suddenly afraid to sleep in room alone. We purchased this item and he is no longer afraid because he has his friend "Flash". Great product!!Update: My little one loved this, too bad it is broken (and not due to rough treatment) after only one month. It is very poorly constructed. The on/off switch is the tail, which was so flimsy; I don't see how it lasted a month!!If I could give this product less than one star, I would. Hate to tell little guy his favorite light is now useless!!!!

My 3 year old granddaughter loves this fun little nightlight that we keep at Grandma's house. She takes it to bed with her in case she has to get up and use the potty. It makes just enough light so she doesn't step on the dogs or run into furniture. I like that it turns itself off after a while.

It's cute but the tail fell into the body within a week or two. We fix it but it happened a couple more times. Now it is finicky about starting. She prefers the owl light that we handed down from her sister. You can find that light on amazon too. It's brighter than this, though. I liked the mellow light of this puppy but can't rely on it.

My 3 yr old loves it and takes it into bed. Fun for her to turn on and off by a push of the tail button. It is VERY dim and only the head lights up (can't even tell it's on in daylight), but makes a nice little bed buddy in winter when it's dark early. By no means a lantern if that's what you're looking for.

Terrible. Got for my 3 year old son for Christmas as he is now getting up in the night to go potty and loved the idea of him bringing his night light with him. The first time he used it, I pressed the tail to turn it on and the tail just popped in and broke. It broke his heart. Very disappointed.

cute but not made well. It is broken within 2 montgs of purchase.

We are very happy with this light. It’s just enough light for a quick story before bed and to sneak out of the room without tripping on toys. I would recommend this to others.

A complete piece of garbage!!! It says it has a 30 minute time, it is more like a 30 second timer. Not to mention the part where the tail keeps falling into the dog nor the fact that it barely gives off any light at all.
