The bag I have does NOT sit up all nice and pretty like the bag in the pic unless I have stuff in it. There needs to be TWO inserts that each provide stability to half of the bottom and either the left or the right side. Otherwise, the bag collapses in on itself until I put stuff in it.That said, it's STILL my favorite bag, and the one I reach for first! The handles are short enough that carrying the bag by hand isn't onerous. But they're also long enough to be able to sling the full bag over your shoulder and carry it that way.I LOVE the zippered compartment inside the bag. I put my receipts there, so they're easy to find when I get home. I haven't had need yet to use the outside compartments of the bag, but I'm happy to know they're there if I ever do need to use them!I'd actually give the bag 4.5 stars, but that's not an option.

The sides are very flimsy and don't hold well .got this to use as a snack carrier for our team events . It doesn't hold up , folds in on itself .

This bag was bigger than I imagined, but only by a a little and it was a nice surprise. We use this to bring in firewood to a smaller indoor area. I fill it to the top with firewood, and my husband overfills it by quite a bit… it holds up beautifully. Easily folds down and gets tucked away. Material is heavy duty and the straps extend under the bag for added durability. I couldn’t be happier with this, and I’d buy it again- although based on it’s quality it will be a while until I need to replace it!

It collapses without anything in it which makes the initial filling slightly more challenging, but it's great quality otherwise and bigger than most options so I didn't return it. I have 3 flights of stairs to carry a lot of heavy stuff up and down regularly and this has been holding up to the challenge with just enough strap to sling over my shoulder (another inch would be nice, but isn't that always the case).

The bag is overall large and durable. It was just what I needed for my session items. That being said, as soon as I took it out the plastic, a very potent old cigarette smell came with the bag. It was so bad I had to wash it TWICE, in the washer. The second time with two different detergents and a fabric softener to get the smell out. The smell still lingered after the second wash but it wasn’t as potent and the overall smell of all the detergent and fabric softener covered the smell more. I aired dried the bag over night and it was fine. I will say be prepared to wash it, maybe three times before use.
