What size yarn ball will the winder hold?

I'm not sure why I'm being asked this question as I do not have this item nor have I ever used one.

Totally confused: is this a yarn winder or not? seems like most people reviewing tell about loom knitting? those reviews shouldn't be here.

Hello, I did not purchase the yarn winder. The item I purchased was the Darcie easy knitting loom, which by the way am not thrilled with. The weave is too open and loose. I think it's because the pegs are too far apart although I'm not sure since I am new to looming. Hope this is helpful.

Mine worked well for a couple of years and then a small part snapped off, but it's still usable.
