Awesome dance stretch band that is great for both beginners to advanced. The extra tutorial that comes with the band has lots of exercise videos and the band is definitely challenging for the advanced.

Very good quality and feels sturdy! We love the padded loop for the foot. The green band seems to be a good quality too, though we would have appriciated a manual within the package. Of course we got the instructions for it in the mail and you could just print it out, but it would have been easier with an actual manual ;). Still, love the package!

It's a great gift box for ballerinas, dancers, etc. Everything came as said and the manual is very helpful, and the door anchor was very simple to put together. The stretch band was somewhat stiff but otherwise everything else was great.

All of the exercises are crucial for a dancer to prevent injuries. We also appreciated the guide that demonstrates how to do the exercises. Great product and guide. Especially impressed with their customer service - outstanding.

This item absolutely reeks of formaldehyde (a human carcinogen), so much so that I couldn’t use it. Formaldehyde is used in super cheap dying processes, so that means those product is both toxic AND overpriced. Gross

I really like these, they're good quality & easy to use. My only complaint is that the green band doesn't have its own manual.

Daughter got this as a birthday gift. She is a dancer and uses it daily. It has worked well for her and is easy to use.
