8Bitdo Pro 2 Wired USB Controller for Switch, PC, Android, Steam & Raspberry Pi (G Classic Edition) (Nintendo Switch)

Great controller for someone who doesn't mind the old school feel of being tethered to the console. The cable is a nice length, and no more controller dying mid gaming session. I use it with my switch and it works perfectly.

Good quality for the price, the '8BitDo Ultimate Software' for it does a good job of setting buttons and so on.The little star button on the left could be used as a normal button, but there's absolutely no way for Windows to recognise it as anything sadly. It would also be nice for the 2 little buttons on the back to be used as separate buttons as well, as they're only used as copies of the main buttons.

8bitdo controllers has best D-Pad on market.I prefer this controller over original Snes to play Snes games. Especially you will notice on F-zero game, it's more comfortable on 8bitdo pro 2. When i played first time on 8bitdo controller, i found out that Snes D-pad is not comfortable:)) 8bitdo is real comfort for retro gamers.

I got this to use for my raspberry pi, which I use for retro games. This is a perfect Controller to use for this.

Bought 2 of these because everything about them is great. But both times a single button or stick has broken within a few weeks of low stress, no impact activity. Durability seems an issue to me despite how nice these controllers actually are for the short time they fully work.

Not too much to complain about. The face buttons are great. D pad is great and isn't raised too much. Triggers might be light for some but not an issue with me. The Sticks are the same as the ones on the PS4 controller. Using it for emulation so I've been putting it through a lot of systems and different types on games. It's the wired controller and not the wireless version. I've not used the app that you can get online for the controller.

Its a nice controller but nothing special. Face buttons and triggers quite squishy Especially the face buttons. Even when connected via USB there seems to be some lag with PC Games. ultimately its no better than any other budget controller from the likes of PowerA. With PC there seems to be some compatability issues as sometimes windows keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the controller in a loop.
