Excellent little printer. Very easy to set up, ive not come across any of the negative issues highlighted on other reviews. Initially i was somewhat hesitant due to some those reviews, but after careful consideration I decided to buy and try, and it HASN'T disappointed, it has been very reliable, in fact it has exceeded all expectations. We've had no issues at all, which leads me to think any issues are related to operator error and NOT the machine itself. The app takes a couple of times to get it right but once you do its plain sailing. This is probably the easiest printer anyone could use and it wont break the bank and the best part, theres no ink to purchase. The unit itself doesnt take up much room and it looks good. All-in-all a brilliant little printer.

Bought this to print labels for my online store orders. The printer itself is small, was easy to set up and comes with the label holder (both roll and stack options). The app is pretty basic but for what I need, it’s great. Not complicated at all, easy to connect with my iPhone via Bluetooth to send labels and they print really quickly and it’s quiet. It doesn’t have a blade on the label exit point, so even though the label stack I have have perforated lines between each label, if you’re not careful, you can rip the label when tearing it off. I’ve found peeling the label off before ripping the sheet left behind works the best. Works well for what I need.

Which I had bought one earlier, once I sorted set up to my phone really easy to use and quick, not too noisy had no problems so far, all I have to do is remember to have Bluetooth on and everything else is sorted, I bought extra labels as well easy to feed in, I did take a long time to decide printer had given up so I thought I would give the label printer a go, no more ink to buy. Should off bought one ages ago.

I like this thermal printer. It was easy to set up and worked straight away without any issues. It’s fully compatible with my devices, and I’ve used it to print several documents—everything comes out clear and sharp. The print speed is fast, which makes it very convenient. This label printer is an amazing, essential item for anyone who either runs a business, or who sends a lot of parcels from home. It completely cuts out the need for a visit to the post office, and allows postage labels to be printed from home at a cheaper price, making it more cost effective and efficient (meaning this item will essentially pay for itself over time). It is a very compact item, so it can fit into any home office no matter the size without getting in the way. Setting up the label printer for use is extremely quick and easy, as it only requires it to be plugged into a socket and then turned on from the machine and it's ready to go. Feeding the labels into the machine is also a really quick and easy task, and the machine will automatically line the label up to the right position if the on button is clicked when it flashes red. As the machine prints using heat instead of ink, it is very cost effective, and requires no ink refills, saving on time, maintenance and cost. The app that the label printer runs off of is very quick and easy to use, and the app is clean, simple and uncluttered. This makes printing the labels really hassle free. I can't find a single fault with this item, it's a really useful tool for postage, and an extremely great value for money item.

I've been using this printer for six months now. I bought it after my last one randomly died, I run an online business and was desperate for a new one so went with this out of necessity for the fastest delivery. I have to say it's one of the worst label printers I've ever used. If you're looking for a printer that doubles your label costs dues to eating the paper or the useless app double printing all your labels then this is the printer for you. As we can be printing off 40-50 labels at a time, you open it in the jayden printer app but be careful because the last thing you printed even if it was over a week ago might randomly open in the app and if you fail to notice then you'll be printing off the wrong labels. Forget printing two labels in a row, if you open the app more than once it risks crashing on every device. If you switch apps for a second on any device the whole print queue will crash and you're left trying to work out where you are in the print queue. You can literally look back on my amazon orders since buying this and see how much I've spent in labels compared to the same time frame a year ago. It eats labels constantly, I've tried rolls and flat labels, I've tried cleaning the device, nothing has worked. On numerous occasions it's crashed in the middle of a print, then when I've rectified the jam it starts reprinting everything from the start again wasting labels. If you're using this for the occasional label then it's probably great, but anything more than that seems too much for it to handle.

This is a fantastic thermal printer. I have been able to print my own labels and get things shipped quicker.The is an app to download where It also has a function to print photos (only in black and white obviously) but these are also great! Set up was super easy, app is easy, printing is quick. Printer is easily portable if required. I have had no issues.

I bought this after trying another printer with frustrating setup and disappointing performance. This one made that experience go away! The setup was simple, and the device immediately printed with perfect results. So far I’ve just had a couple days of heavy use but it has not disappointed. It’s not the cheapest option but it was worth the extra money.
