I bought this set knowing I wanted a few yoga blocks as well as a nice squishy mat for some basic stretching and ROMWOD at home (I purchased the 1/2" thick mat) Overall I am happy with my purchase. The mat cleans easily with microfiber, and the blocks are really nice. I usually end up folding the knee pad to use as a headstand pad instead. The strap is a little shorter than I'd like but still very usable. The new material smell also goes away after given a chance to air out. If you're looking for an affordable set to give you the basic bells and whistles, this will not disappoint. If you are more particular about this type of gear, go find what you REALLY want and skip the hating on a product for it not being "the perfect yoga mat" for your practice

the towels are good quality.the knee pad itself is good quality.I don't think the yoga mat it's going to last long like used it once and it's already got a few scratches like rips out of it and that's just using it once but you get what you pay for and if long as it lasts at least a year I will be happy just until I can get a material one.EDIT::it is a piece of junk everything else besides is alright that itself is decent but this yoga mat I've used maybe ten times now and it's falling apart I'm extremely upset I will not purchase nor will I recommend this at all

The products is as described. I purchased the set with the 1/2 inch mat and I am happy I did as it provides nice cushioning for my knees (following recent knee issues) - the knee pad that comes with the set is also helpful for additional cushion. When I started looking for a yoga mat, I was surprised at how expensive they are - it seems to have become a luxury item despite being a piece of cut out high density foam. I appreciated that this came as a set and at a more affordable price.

Hot pilates is my new work out. This yoga mat is IDEAL for this type of work out. It provides just the right amount of support for my lower back as I have severe osteoporosis. The matching towel, face towel and knee match is also a great additional to the work out. I haven't had a opportunity to use the stretch band but it will come in great when I need to extend my hamstring! Great value and an amazing price! Highly recommend this product. I bought the black one and gray one. As both my son and I attend class together.

Me compré este paquete en color morado y es hermoso, simplemente hermoso.Hice el pedido y llegó un día después de mi compra, bien empaquetado. Yo tenía un tapete muy delgado que me provocaba dolor en las rodillas con ciertos ejercicios, pero éste tapete es más grueso, no he tenido problemas al usarlo, los bloques son gruesos y resistentes, igual que la cinta para los estiramientos, y las dos fibras que incluyen muy suaves y absorbentes. El tapete pequeño para soporte de rodillas lo he usado para otros ejercicios de CrossFit y, sí que da soporte y evita dolor en las rodillas.Satisfecha con la compra.
