Blue Tribe Foods Plant Based Chicken Sausage, 250 g

This has been such a great buy! I've been vegan for 7+ years and my main issue with vegan options here is that they are a) Unfairly overpriced (not a small business' fault as this is often due to competition from heavily subsidised meat and dairy), and b) They usually taste like day-old cardboard. Not this one, though. I am so glad I gave Blue Tribe a chance! Not only is their stuff on par with non-vegan frozen items price-wise, but the taste is absolutely scrumptious. The sausages cook the same way you'd pan-fry meat based sausages, and the flavour has this delicious smoked flavour so it isn't bland and in need of copious amounts of sauce/seasoning. It honestly tastes like something I would have picked up at the plant-based aisles at a supermarket in London. I am so happy we have homegrown Indian brands making such delicious cruelty-free options available here. Big ups to the company for what they're doing, and I'm so glad this is easily available on Amazon!
