I bought this for a few reasons. I love the hydrocolloid bandages but they are so very expensive and they don't come in enough varied sizes. I work with food so cuts, nicks and burns are very common, especially on my hands. As you can probably guess this leads to a problem. Even with gloves on top of bandages the bandages get wet and fall off very easily. The discomfort of using my hands like I don't have a wound is very unpleasant. Plus it takes so much longer for any cut or burn to heal I am often left with scars that last months. For me this product has been a life saver. It doesn't come off in my gloves and I can easily wash my hands regularly without having to redress the cut and spend a lot of money on Band-Aids. The other reason is for my daughter. Ever since the pandemic my baby has been constantly washing her hands. To the point that they are red and burning and look like an old woman's hands they are so dry. She wears long sleeves and usually gets the cuffs wet with soap and water. The cuffs rub her wrists raw. And then to make matters worse she picks at them. No amount of talks has discouraged her from doing this. I even bought a very expensive cream cleanser for sensitive skin. She went through the whole bottle in just over a week. Recently I have managed to keep her to only washing her hands when given permission but she still occasionally does it on the sky. I use a mix of coconut oil, Camille and tee tree oil to moisture her hands throught the day and a heavy cream at night. The wrist problem remained though. I just applied this to her left wrist and a knuckle with a constant scab. So far it seems to be working well. I will update on its effectiveness in a few days.

Overall it does the work, and the price is amazing, definitely worth it. It survived through a shower, did not leak at all for the ones on my knee. However, it does not work very well where there is a lot of fractions going on. For example, it rolled up and came off when I applied it to my foot. But still great way to prevent water .

I use this adhesive over a surgical port when I bathe and it is so great. Completely waterproof, easy to use and comes off easily when done.

I started using the birth control patch and its hard to keep it on once it gets wet. The ends start to lift and more often than not, it comes off. I decided to give this a try and first and foremost, this product is definitely waterproof. I put the patch on and then I apply this bandage on top. For 7 days, it stays exactly where it should and never lifts! Even if there is a corner of the bandage that does not adhere to my skin, every part that does stays watertight and never lifts. When it is time to remove it, you have to work a little at the edges but it comes off without irritating my skin or causing any issues. Prior to discovering this, I wasted about 3 patches in a week because they would not stay on. This sucks because it is super hard to get replacements without paying a fortune - $100+. This bandage has saved me a lot of money. BTW, it does not work quite as well if you wrap it around your finger because water will get in and it comes right off. Using it so that all sides are on the skin means it will stay in place until you are ready to remove it.

Was able to hold my sensor down and put the oval tape over it and it works.This is six days in with no peal up. I know this is not what it was advertised for but It works.

This may just be me but I had an allergic reaction at application site and it stuck so much (I know it's supposed to be secure) it took off the first layer of skin and you can still clearly see where it was at months later.

Great, less expensive, generic for Tegaderm! It’s a very generous roll, so should last a long time, depending on how large the area u need to cover . Stays on for days, thru showering, sweating, everything! Only complaint is that it doesn’t come with directions. But i was able to figure it out just fine. U just have to find the perforation, peel the back off, stick over the affected area, and then squeeze the middle of the blue strip to perforate the thicker plastic. One it’s split down the middle of the blue strip, peel each side off and your bandage is set for days/ uo to a week!!
