Great potential, but lacking consistency and quality control
I tried this popcorn as a sample provided by a family member of the owners. Half a bag later I was hooked. I am not a a shopper at the high-end stores like Whole Foods so I sought it out here on Amazon. Bought a case of the single portion bags - didn't trust myself with a bigger bag. Unfortunately, I find myself disappointed, bag after bag. The wonderful flavors of rosemary and truffles are sporadic, the corn not at all consistent in flavor or quality. I dread the last third if the bag where the hard, unediable bits reside, low quality, ready to stick in my teeth that I have to spit out. This is not at all the same quality I experienced in my sample. You have a great product but no quality control yet. I won't be reordering at this time.
