Good but tear easily
They are great for what there are designed for. I can wear all day at work and they are great. The main issue I have with them is they tear way too easily. I have not gotten a single one of them to last longer than 4 days. I bought 2 pairs originally, but each support has torn at the exact same place at the 3-3.5 day mark. They tear on the seam on the thumb by the index finger. When that happens, they lose their effectiveness quickly. If they were a more “heavy duty” product I would 100% recommend, but will not recommend due to lack of longevity.

Bit of a Lifesaver
This has been a bit of a lifesaver. The first photo is brand new, on my wrist. The second photo is after a couple weeks of hard wear when it's starting to wear out.I got this for Dequervains Tenosynovitis. The brace is especially helpful because I can wash my hands wearing it. (No more tearing off a velco brace and putting it back on every time I have to wash my hands — which is a lot.)The brace lasts a couple weeks, then starts getting a bit grotty, losing initial coloring and starting to wear and break down a bit. It's inexpensive, I'm good with a replacing it after a couple weeks of hard wear. When I first got it, it felt pretty tight on the wrist but I got used to it. It's unobtrusive and washable, reminds me not to put pressure on that hand, thumb and wrist too, provides support, and my hand and thumb are starting to heal and this brace is part of why.I switch it out with a cloth and velcro brace late in the evening to give my wrist and skin a break. My wrist is 6 3/4" around, I'm not sure how someone with a much larger wrist would do with it. For me, it's really been a help. I'm purchasing more.*Follow up: I've found I can extend the life of the thumb/wrist supporters when the supporters begin getting a little tacky by dusting them down with body powder.

Not breathable but they are cleanable
I bought these to have something for compression at work that can be disinfected. I’m a nurse. Just to note: the design still leads to infection control issues if you’re not super diligent about how you do it. For that reason I didn’t wear them during med pass or assessments. Anyway, I found they helped somewhat. However, the silicone isn’t breathable and my skin starts to itch. After awhile it rashes out with irritation. I ended up stopping use. I use tennis elbow wraps for compression (carpal tunnel) and it seems to help about as much as these did and they’re not posing the same issues for infection control.

These help the pain SO much ! Much more than you would think it would.
These are a LIFESAVER ! And saves me from so much pain ! I wear it alone or under a brace that I wear when that thumb tendon gets really sore. This is my second order. I lost the last ones. After ordering these I found one of them. Was still glad to have more. I did trim them off a little tiny bit on my wrist so my Apple Watch could make contact with my skin.On this brand or another people said they had a small tear at the top of the thumb I did on mine -but only after a month of constant use. I also had trimmed a couple millimeters off because I have short thumbs. .Maybe cutting it left it without a protected edge like it should have. Even so, if it did start ripping, I would probably just cut it off if below the rip. They didn’t remain white the whole time. It could be I was using something that stained it. Even so I would still wear it -because it helps.I saw other brands that were much more expensive. This is the only brand I have tried. I will stick with this brand. Even if I had to order again in a month or two, the cost is not that much and they help so much I consider it money WELL spent !

This is brilliant! Pain gone immediately!
I have trigger finger syndrome in my thumb on my dominant hand.. I think probably made worse by holding my phone in my left hand and bracing it with my right thumb. Pain at the base of the thumb has been exquisite lately, and I've had the snapping of the trigger finger. I tried this instead of the heavy Velcro brace and it is awesome this is the best thing I've ever used for any injury! I slept on the silicone thing thinking there's no way that's going to do anything for my thumb. It goes up past the first joint almost to my nail bed, it is not too tight, it is not too loose, I have small hands -- wear size 5 ring on my ring finger on that side. I have not had a bit of pain since I put this thing on 20 hours ago. It is not cutting off circulation it is easily washed When I wash my hands. I got the white translucent version instead of the nude color. I admit I'm fair skinned and it completely disappears. I'm completely astonished that my pain is completely gone and I've been suffering with this for weeks. I thought I was going to have to stop using my phone for a while. This is the best thing I highly recommend it I don't have any problems that other people have mentioned about too much compression. It is easy to wiggle it around and make it fit my hand perfectly I pulled it up higher on the thumb. It's just the greatest invention ever when it wears out I will buy another one!

Better than expected
This really isn't noticeable, because it is nude, almost clear. It gives good wrist compression, but not enough thumb/CMC joint compression.

They fit good and give me the support I need.
I have arthritis in my hand and my Dr. recommended a cool wrap. I have a small wrist and wondered if it would fit and give the support I needed. It has worked great and I no longer feel that I am going to drop things. I only wish they wouldn't discolor. But they definitely do the job for me.

Good Bargain!
I bought this to help with soreness and stiffness to my thumb from arthritis. I like that is is silicone and clear which makes it almost invisible to wear. It fits comfortably.

Ok for 1 wear
Only good for wearing once or twice as get very dirty and don't clean well and also stretch out of shape easily

A bit tight for a man's hand
Purchased for my husband for use when decorating. He's not a large person with average size hands and these are tight for him. Kept them as useful but does not keep them on for long. Perhaps should offer different sizes

Not practical
Idea is good but stops blood circulation.

Tight and I don’t have large hands...

Ripped first use and got my work clothes all dusty with talc.
Terrible product that ripped as I was putting it on for the first time.
