Good value for the price. My APC ES550 provides backup for Internet modem, router and several gateways for security systems. Since these are low power devices, the UPS will run all day without utility power, but is primarily to avoid loss of Internet during frequent power outages that last for seconds or minutes — a must for working out of the house.

I installed batteries and they work fine. I have no idea how long they will last only time will tell. I purchased these units brcause the price was right and they fit my need.

Installed with no issues. Cleared replace battery LED. Too soon to rate how long it will last compared to the APC.

It's a UPS backup battery
Lead acid batteries of this type have a life of two to five years. This a a reasonably priced replacement.
