This is an excellent guide, well written book, that explain step by step way to implement a program for develop sales teams that looks very successful since the philosophy it is based in, and this is the part I liked most, the inspiring philosophy that it is suitable to apply in all aspects of the life. I highly recommend this book, it should be a must read for every entrepreneur young or senior, it is a short, brief read and that part I loved too, the ability of Yazmin to summarize in an comprehensive way the wonderful and useful message it contains. She explains so well the framework for a business success and, at the end makes a brief summarized of steps. Simply excellent!!
