Hello Potential Buyers,I am writing this review to bring awareness while buiying this product. The product looks and feel is good but it works only on electrical supply with no batteries.It means that with slightest of electrical trouble, your product gets corrupted quickly.I am returning this prodcut as I don't see any value as the miracle support team puts blames on customer and ask for repair charge.Please note I received it yesterday and it got faulty today. Please go for electrical + battery version with other vendors if possible.

There are some few cons and pros but overall this is a great buy. It works as expected and the display is good. The remote doesn't feel good, also this solely works on remote so use it with care. Should have given option to copy images, videos from SD/USB to device but I couldn't find any.

Bought this 2 days ago, and upon setting it up, I could see all my photos got blurred. The same photo when I seeing on mobile or laptop are very much clear, but gets blur in this photo frame. Additionally, this frame auto scales your photo and will distort both the quality and size. Didn't expect from a costly frame like this. Not worth it

I bought this product in May 24 and with the initial hicupps and all the photo frame. got on and it was working only with a photos loaded in a usb stick only. Of late it has stopped starting on even after charging and the dealer wants the product to be dispatched to them for inspection though replacement warranty is there for a year. If any body think of choosing this product, advise not to go for that. It is a useless product and doesnot work as they project it
