This is a beautiful book that has a lot of wonderful ideas for making pretty things from buttons. It also has great photography too. However, I believe the author writes to those with jewelry making & sewing skills. I think readers would have appreciated having resources to other supplies besides the buttons.

I'm really very new at making jewelry but I found this book to be very informative and the pictures help a lot!

Although this is a slim volume, it has a lot to offer. The photos are clear and inspiring. The projects have a more modern look than a lot of other button jewelry books. Instructions seem clear, but haven't tried a project quite yet, so won't know until I try.

I expected more variety of techniques in making more exciting pieces. Not as creative as hoped.
