I purchased these barrettes to use to hold my hair back at my son's upcoming wedding. They are a bit smaller than I had hoped for, and they won't hold my thick shoulder length wavy hair all by themselves but will be a decorative auxiliary clip to use over a more mundane clip or elastic band. They are truly lovely pieces of artwork, and I think the price was reasonable considering that in this package of 2 barrettes, I received one that will match my dress (pale blue-green) and one that will perfectly match my sister's (deep ultramarine blue).The barrettes came well protected in a nice "giftable" box. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

I love these lightweight hair clips. I purchased a few colors and they're unique. Sometimes barrettes give me a headache but these hold my hair without me feeling weight or pressure. Nicely gift boxed as well!
