A very solidly made product. With just a slow, steady press perfect burgers are formed. Also it easily disassembles (the handle/press "button" unscrews from the push rod) to enable a thorough cleaning.

I have been making burgers by hand for years and every time I have thought that there must be an easier way. Well, there is! This tool is fantastic! I bought the round wax paper discs that fit perfectly up inside and the square ones for below. Roll the ground meat into a ball, place in the press, push down on plunger and give it a couple of bumps. Pop the patty out and they are ready for grilling or freezing for later. Easy to clean up, NO PLASTIC PARTS, will likely last a lifetime!!

Getting the correct amount of hamburger in press is a learning experience.However I finally found a container I could fill to the right amount of hamburger, to get the thicknessI wanted. I prefer about 1/4" thickness, found measurements in interior of press useless. (maybe just me)Read a review that said to use cooking spray in interior and I agree. Used patty paper to separate hamburgers in freezer I got 4" round, that was a mistake next time I'll get 5"round.Cleaning of press done in dishwasher easy to disassemble and reassemble no problem there.All things considered after finding how to get right amount of hamburger in press for my 1/4" thickness.I really recommend, great quality will last forever.

Does not stick! Even when I made Italian sausage sandwiches the sausage didn’t stick. I love it!

Works great. Very pleased. Better than trying to use your hands. Makes consistent size patties.

The is a great product to have in your home. As a Chef that will give you a consistent formed burger if you scale the weight of your burger. It has a thickness measuring guide on the side. It's also a great burger press for anyone who like to grind your own burgers and love to see a per fickly shaped burger.

Makes a good shaped burger. Very large size, almost to big. It is not truly adjustable only by eye no set adjustment

I tried to make 1/4 pounders and it wasn't quite enough meat for the size. I ended up make 1/2 pound patties and it worked perfect! Pretty well made also. 14 cm size (5 1/2 inches)

It would be nice to have adjustable thickness, rather than based on the amount of hamburger you grab with your hand.

It is ok, but what we make is a bit small or large
