Worked great the first time I used it. But the attachments both broke first try. And upon getting a phone update, it would no longer even connect at all...

I got the device and following the instructions:* Downloaded YANDOCTOR from the google play store* Turned device on* Connected phone to the 2.4ghz wifi network Dr.Yan-tf0bb2e* Software says DR.YAN-XXXX Not connected* Realize the version on google play does not work* Download the APK directly from the manufacturer website and unsecurely install it* Repeat above and it works!

You may have to go out of your setting within the app and connect to the "Yan" wifi - it may kick you out, click back on the the app and the camera will pop up.Simple to use, clean, and not a bad value at all!!

This is a great ear cleaner. I do not use it on myself, I use it to clean out my fiancés ears. The only thing I think could be improved is the attachments. The little scoop that screws onto the tool gets loose easily

I ordered this and it doesn’t work, I’ve tried everything I even downloaded the version I saw in the comments and still nothing. How do I get this thing to work?????

I was disappointed to find out that the device is useless without the app, and the app won't open unless you agree to share your phone location data with it. I bought two devices, one for myself, the other for my grandkids, but I'll be returning them, unless the app developer can provide a good reason, or a way to open the app without agreeing to give my permission to collect location data. In case anyone else needs it, Google Play store lists the app developer's email address as [email protected]: I finally decided to agree with the ridiculous location data sharing, but just as EVERY Google Play store review of the app said, the app simply refused to believe that the phone was connected to the unsecured wifi signal that the device only occasionally broadcasts. The app's help menu suggested "click Start again to use it," but, as hard as it is to believe that such a glaring omission would exist, there is simply no such field, button, or menu to click! Because the software is so broken, I'll never know if the hardware is functionaI. I'll be sending the two devices back.

The device that was sent wouldn't make the wifi connection, so I complained to the company. They said they would send me a replacement. I was skeptical that it would work, but it did, and worked wonderfully well. It arrived quickly, and getting the replacement was minimal hassle. I wish more companies had this kind of customer support.
