Blue Sea 7932 Contura II Switch SPDT Black - (ON)-OFF-ON

Nice bright indicator light. I bought eight of these and in some of them the resistor was inside the switch on the negative side of the LED and strangely that made those ones brighter. I was able to move the spring and resistor matching the rest so that all of my switches were the same brightness. I also had to move the positive wire of the LED to only the momentary terminal so that my light only lit up when the pump had power. The way they have the switch lit is so the light is on when it's in the on position and the light is also on when you're holding the switch in the momentary on position. But because of the way my system is wired I had to open the switch and move the positive leg of the LED so the light only came on when it was in the momentary on position, this way when it is in the steady on position the light was back fed through the system so the light would only come on when the automatic float came up that way we knew when the automatic system was pumping due to high water. After this alteration it passes Coast Guard inspection. Only the outside of the switch is waterproof and actually has a o-ring on The Rocker to prevent water entry. The switch body underneath the dash and the terminals are not waterproof so if you have salt spray back there it will rot out the internals of the switch.
