Run small
They run small I wears medium in blackout brand purchased these in med and these are to small order a size up

Good, great for smaller arms though
Great for preventing cuts or accidental hard hits, I don’t have big arms but the smaller size lowkey constricts my arms so I use them with the straps off

Pretty small, painful
I'm a pretty skinny person, and they were okay around the elbow, but with my arms bent and hands up protecting my head, I lasted maybe a round of sparring before I had to pull them off. Very tight above the elbow with or without the strap, it was getting pretty painful. Good protection for throwing soft elbows but I just couldn't use them, which is a bummer.

Will cut off your circulation. Hurts so bad I had to take it off, cut slits in the middle too

Smaller than expected!
I have average size arms and they cut off circulation. Otherwise these are grade A elbow pads!
