Brilliant
This is the best book on dzogchen practice available in my opinion (although obviously I haven't read them all). It keeps practice informal, i.e. to be carried out in daily life. The simplicity is wonderful. You will be introduced to the Inner Refuge, and the 3 Doors through which it is accessed. You will use the experience of stillness, silence and spaciousness, to help you come to terms with your physical and mental problems. This book gives one a feeling of optimism; that there is some 'good news' that things don't have to be the way they are. I heartily recommend this wise book to all people looking for peace in their life.

Good, but...
The content of the book is thoughtful and interesting, as I'd hoped. Why only 3 stars? Because to access the 'free audio content' with the Kindle edition, you have to register with the publisher's website and agree to receive marketing emails, which I decline to do.

An excellent guide for both beginners and experienced meditators
Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche has a gift for writing clearly and emphasizing the practical benefits of Tibetan meditation. Clearly written with a minimum of 'mystical' jargon, Rinpoche explains how the practices are beneficial in simple but poetical prose. An excellent guide for both beginners and experienced meditators.
