Poor instructions, but doable

Firstly, the build was missing crucial parts and ended up being misaligned. I accepted it but now I find that it’s all rusted! On top of the fact that it couldn’t even get built properly due to manufacturing errors, it’s all oxidized now. Very unhappy and not at all worth the $400 I spent.

All the frame parts and hardware where well labeled. The three page instruction guide, has to be looked at very closely. I put this together by myself in one day. I recommend to put the labeled screw and nut bags in separate plastic bowls. The whole thing is assembled with 10mm wrench, ( included), Use a cordless drill with nut driver, much faster. This Gazebo is really nice. I put my large grill on the backside so I cook in any weather. This is the best bargain for a Bar/Grill combo.

I've had this unit less than two years. At first, I loved it. Assembly is fairly simple if you follow the directions and have some common sense. The HUGE issue I had and continue to have is the canopy top. Within six months, the first one ripped at the seam out of nowhere. I wrote the company (Aosom is the distributor for this not Outsunny) and was given a replacement canopy. I put the second one on and less than a year after, it also ripped at the seam. This top was always removed when it would rain or it was windy...so no excuse for it failing so soon. I contacted the company again and was basically told that the warranty was for the unit as a whole, not the replacement canopy. That's BS. The replacement canopy should have the same one year warranty as the whole unit right? The original canopy was covered under the one year warranty, shouldn't the replacement also have a one year warranty? Before buying a unit like this, be sure you can get a replacement canopy somewhere else. Just an FYI, the 8'x8' canopy is next to impossible to find to match this unit. Buy a 10'x10' gazebo. Easy to find the replacement canopy. I would NEVER buy this again

Had this product for 3 seasons so far, and it's still intact. I remove the canopy in the winter and protect the bar portion with tarpaulins. Very sturdy, hold up during strong wind and rain by securing to fence with cords. I would definitely recommend this product for backyard entertainment.

This looks so good in our yard! The only read I didn't give it five stars is the major assembly required! And picture only directions! I had this same barzebo about 10 years ago so I knew what was required to put it together! Everyone that's comes to my house loves it ! But bring your patience when starting the assembly process!!

The instructions are non existent, it's 3 pictures, that's it, this thing came in 50 pieces, beyond frustrated and feel like I just threw away $300.00. Save your self the stress and a ruined weekend of trying to put this thing together. I'm mechanically inclined and this is a complete nightmare.
