Excellent Product with Outstanding Service
I purchased the NPGLOBAL 4.2 Gal. 100 psi backpack sprayer on 2-28-2024 When our spring came, so did the weeds. I used this sprayer many times in 2024. Spraying weed killer on our driveway lane (which is 600 ft. long) has white limestone rocks covering it. Sprayer worked excellent, able to put on a nozzle that would cover a good area. Also used it on our side yard edge, touching our woods edge. We like to keep a barrier between the woods and our grass yard. The weed killer we use kills all grass, plants and vegetation. The sprayer worked excellent. This edge is about 700 ft. long.I'm a older man with a bad lower back. I do not strap this sprayer on my back. I bought a used child's wood wagon and strapped the sprayer into the wagon. I pull the wagon around and spray the area that needs the weeds killed. This works very well with one exception. I wish the hose to the wand was about 2 ft. longer. I have to keep the wagon close to me. I bought this sprayer because of the specifications: battery size, psi rating, parts that come with it and the reviews. I researched the ones that have wheels (that you pull) but they did not measure up to this sprayer. NPGLOBAL beat them in many of the specs. and the reviews. In 2025 I charged the sprayer and started spraying. I sprayed for about 4 months and than the battery ran out, so I charged it. Than went to spray and the power would not come on. The charger showed the the battery was charged but I had no power or indicator lights. I check the manual to trouble shoot it .Did everything they listed. Including removing the bottom cover and checking for loose or broken wires. All good with the wires and the connections. So I call NPGLOBAL costumer service and told them everything about the sprayer (problems). They were very nice and told me it was the battery that had gone bad. They said that a brand new complete sprayer with all of the parts would be shipped out to me. They told me to keep the old one for spare parts. I received the new sprayer in about 5 days. I charged it up and sprayed today our driveway lane. Sprayer worked excellent. Their customer service is the best !!! They did this at no cost to me. Please tell me another company today that would do this !! I do not know of any that are like NPGLOBAL. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. This company stands behind its products !! Please take a serious look at their products. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.Lou P.

Good sprayer, do not like the backpack straps, very responsive/helpful seller.
Update: Seller reached out noting that I was not totally satisfied with the straps and offered a full refund. So, you can rest assured that they are responsive and if you have issues they will deal with them. That’s enough for me to bump it to 5 stars. I decided to keep it.********Bought it recently and used it once so far. It was charged up when it arrived. I used it to spray a large lawn and it did a great job spraying uniformly. I would describe the overall unit as having acceptable build quality. The wand seems well built. All the accessories seem a bit cheaply made and mostly plastic. Instructions on how to connect the accessories is lacking. It gets a really bad grade in my book for the straps to hold it to your back. They are extremely cheap and their connection to the unit is also very suspect/flimsy. 4.4 gallons weighs nearly 37 pounds. Strapping 37 pounds of pesticide or herbicide to your back with flimsy straps was not my idea of a good time. I ended up lugging it around while I sprayed. That was not fun either. If anyone out there has any recommendations on how they managed to safely/easily strap this to their back, please let me know!

Got the job done
I decided to switch over to liquid concentrates for my yard pest and weed control to save money and get more precise application. This looked like the best inexpensive sprayer option. It works fine. The shoulder strap connections seem a little flimsy and poorly secured and I worry about them every time I swing a full tank up onto my back, but so far I have not had a problem.I had one instance where the battery must not have fully charged despite being plugged in as the sprayer didn't last through the 3 tanks it took to cover my yard. After recharging again, it did much better the next time around and didn't get low after doing 3 tanks. There must have been some user error or connection problem that led to it not charging the first time around.Overall, I am satisfied with this tank and would recommend it.

Great value.
Price was right, and the sprayers works pretty good. My biggest complaint would be the comfort when wearing this on your back. It's just flat, with no contours for your back, and the straps are hard to set up and keep in the correct position. Lots of accessories come with this as well, and I probably haven't used but 2. My father got a Ryobi one about the same time, and his is already in the trash.
