I have been buying a top name brand for the past 10-years and they all only make it to 2-years before the coatings come off. I only had this one for a week, but I'm shocked at the quality of it for the price I paid. They also included a matching glass lid. The pan is heavy and built like a tank. I hope the coating lasts at least 2-years. We will see.

So it is a fantastic non stick pan, no fat needed even for scramble eggs. However you have to put the lid handle on and the pan handle on yourself which I didn't know and the instructions have no words just a picture so be forewarned as it is not in the description when purchasing

I wish a little smaller but i liked it anyway.

After purchasing the 9" version of this pan first and using it for a few weeks, I decided to replace our 11" pan as well with the same brand. The non stick surface is amazing! I recently made an Asian style, flour based gravy in the smaller skillet, and when I rinsed the pan, virtually all of the gravy washed away. In most cases, the pans can be simply wiped clean with a paper towel.What initially sold me was that for less than the price of many other similar pans, these include a very nice glass lid. My only complaint is the lid handles tend to loosen up, but that could be because I'm hesitant to over-tighten the screw on the glass surface.Only time will tell how well and how long these pans will stay so perfectly non stick, but since they are priced so well, I'm not too worried about it.

It cooks great. It does have a long hand. About. 8 inchess long, I don't no why. Other than the handle it was exactly what I was looking for.

Very nice pan, just heavy.

You actually have to put this together. How lazy are the manufacturers?

While I was waiting for my Calphalon pans to be replaced, I needed something to use daily. This worked as expected.
